2026 Report

Ojalá launched in 2026. Our first full annual transparency report will publish January 31, 2027 covering the calendar year 2026.

What we publish

• Total LE requests received in the reporting period.
• Breakdown by type: subpoena (§ 2703(c)(2)), court order (§ 2703(d)), search warrant (§ 2703(a)), preservation letter (§ 2703(f)), civil subpoena, NCMEC mandatory report, emergency disclosure (§ 2702(b)(6)).
• Breakdown by jurisdiction: US federal, US state, EU member states, other.
• Response rate: fully produced, partially produced (with reason for narrowing), rejected (with statutory basis), pending at year-end.
• Number of accounts affected by produced records.
• DSAR statistics: count of GDPR Article 15 / CCPA § 1798.110 / Article 17 erasure requests received and fulfilled.
• NCMEC reports filed: count of CyberTipline reports we initiated.
• Government takedown requests: content removal demands from authorities (we publish even when the count is zero).

What we do not publish

We do not publish specifics that would identify individual subjects or compromise active investigations. Aggregate counts + jurisdictional totals only. Under non-disclosure orders we may delay or omit a category from the report; the report notes when this applies.

Methodology

Counts are pulled from our internal legal-process log (every legal-process response we ship writes a row), filtered by received-date for the reporting period. The response rate is derived from response timestamps. The quarterly self-audit process reconciles the public report against the internal counts before publication.

Once published, the report is cryptographically signed and the signature is recorded in our compliance archive. Republishing requires a new signature; the old version is retained in the immutable archive.
