Ojalá is a platform that allows adult users to create profiles and share content. Ojalá is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any of the content found on the service within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.
All content is created and uploaded by users of the service, who are required to be 18 years of age or older. With respect to all such user-generated content, the obligation to maintain records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A is the responsibility of the individual users who created and uploaded the content, who are the producers of that content.

Every member must affirm that they are at least 18 years old to join Ojalá, and the platform is strictly limited to adults.
reporting content
If you believe any content on Ojalá depicts a minor, or otherwise violates the law, report it immediately using the in-app tools or our Content Removal process. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law. See our Child Safety Standards.
